Manage and maintain the contractual relationship from the execution of the request until such relationship ends, including verifying that the request by you is properly registered and delivered, the performance of communications related to the provision of the services that are necessary, and the management of customer service queries and customer service complaints.

3. Preservation of your personal data
a) Your personal data will be processed and maintained by UltraWise, Lda, for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with you. The criteria used to establish the terms of retention of your data were determined according to the criteria established in the applicable legislation, regulations and guidelines, as well as with the operational requirements related to the correct management of the relationship with our clients.
b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, your data will be kept duly blocked, for the duration corresponding to the existence of responsibilities of any nature, as well as for the fulfillment of other legal obligations. In such cases, we guarantee that your data will not be processed, unless such treatment is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of complaints or when it is necessary to provide the same to the Public Authorities.
